Styx - Pieces Of Eight is recorded on a 7 inch Reel to Reel Tape from A&M Records in 4-track stereo at 3 3/4 IPS. I have listened to this album with a Pioneer RT-909 tape deck, McIntosh Amplifiers, Klipsh Speakers and did not hear any gaps, drops in volume level or cross talk between tracks and the sonic spectrum was exceptional! The cardboard box is in excellent condition. I purchased this album January 19, 1979 as noted on the back of the case. It has always been stored in a temperature and humidity controled environment.
