Vitalogy is the third studio album by Pearl Jam, released on November 22, 1994, on vinyl — a rare move at the time — followed by a full CD and cassette release on December 6, 1994. The album marked a significant evolution in the band's sound, blending raw punk energy, experimental elements, and deeply personal lyrics that reflected Vedder’s growing influence on the band’s direction. Lyrically, the album explores fame, loss, personal struggles, disillusionment, and mortality, reflecting the band's turbulent period.

This is the very first US release, UPC number 074646690017 and is still sealed. I purchased this with about 400 other albums in the 90's from a record store that was going out of business. I totally forgot about them until last month when I finally opened up the cabinet in which they were stored in my album room and voila! Shown is is the actual item, still sealed in shrinkwrap.
