The Carpenters (BBC Radioplay Promo CD Compilation TAIRCD 017) – Good Condition

I am selling this compilation CD by The Carpenters that was released on the BBC Radioplay Music label in 1988. The catalogue number is ‘TAIRCD 017’. This is a promo CD intended for radio play only and not for sale to the general public, so this is a rare item.

The disc is in a good condition though it does have some light surface marks but these don’t affect playback in any way. The label side of the disc (i.e. the non-playing side) has some very light surface marks/swirls and fingerprints which I couldn’t clean off. I think it’s an age thing with the surface varnish deteriorating over time, perhaps where it’s not been stored as well as it could have been in the past. The front insert is in a good clean condition except for a couple of tiny indents from the end stops on the jewel case and some light yellowing from age. The back cover is also in a good clean condition, again with some light aging yellowing to the edges.
