This is the legendary Prince and his classic 1988 LP "Lovesexy" on vinyl. It is an original Paisley Parks Records release (25720-1) from my personal collection! I played it a bit when I was young, and it's been in storage for nearly 30 years. The vinyl and lyric inner sleeve are in great shape (VG+). There is some minor wear around the corners and edges of the cover jacket as well as a cut out notch in the top corner as seen in the pic. Cheers!
