27 x 18.5 cms (10.5 x 7.5 inches) approx.,
printed on glossy coated paper.
This is an original poster / handbill. It is NOT a cut-out magazine
advert as the other 8 currently found on ebay all prove to be!
A great line-up for this ill-fated venture. Organised to
celebrate the 100th anniversary of the publication of
"Dracula", it was probably not a good idea to set up a
festival on an exposed Yorkshire cliff-top at the end
of September. Apart from the immediate proximity to
Arthur Brown's flaming head-dress, it was bloody cold!
Whitby's Goth Weeks were then not the mass gatherings of
more recent years and Dracfest proved to be under-subscribed.
I recall cash being having to be taken out of the bar tills to
put in the hands of some performers before they could be
persuaded to go on stage!

I am clearing out some of my personal collection of posters.
I recently opened some drawers in my plan chest and, realising
that I hadn't looked at them for at least a decade, decided it
was time someone else had the pleasure of owning them.
So, I am listing several similar items on ebay today.
