DISCLAIMER NOTICE & LIMITED REFUND POLICY: As a frequent buyer and collector of hard rock & metal CDs myself, I strive to be a trustworthy, wholly reputable, and reliable Seller with the complete satisfaction of my Buyers as my goal. Because the hard rock and metal CD market contains many bootleg CDs from Russia, China, S. Korea, South America and other sources, I provide prospective Buyers with a very detailed description of the condition of the CD, the inserts, foldouts and booklet, and cardboard slipcases for special editions. I do not grade nor am responsible for the condition of the jewel cases. I will note any CD, inserts, and/or booklet scuffs, imperfections, etc. in the description and the photos. I also provide an average of 6-10 detailed PHOTOS of the ACTUAL CD/item that is being auctioned for the prospective Buyers view and benefit. Lastly, in an effort to determine the authenticity of the CD, I have typically done one or more of the following: 1) I examined the CD surface (unless the CD is brand new and sealed); 2) I have examined the inserts, booklets, foldouts, and card (unless brand new and sealed) for condition and for CD authentication from the information contained located on the inserts, booklets, and CD itself; 3) I have used reliable internet resources to research CD identifier codes, matrix/SID codes, IFPI mould codes where applicable, UPC identifiers; 4) I have taken specific close-up photos of the disc codes. I am NOT an expert on these codes, but have done my best to authenticate the origin of the CD. If a date is listed in my description, it usually references the date that the CD, jacket & liner notes itself refer to and internet resources list as the release date. Please note that CDs released prior to 1994 are much more difficult to verify the authenticity. Buyer is solely responsible for their own diligence research on recording & release dates and CD identifier codes. I strive to be as transparent as possible for Buyer’s benefit and satisfaction. Please note that some bootlegs are so good that it is often very difficult to tell the difference between an authentic CD and a bootleg. I will be happy to provide a full refund only under the following circumstances: 1) despite my best efforts to authenticate the CD, the Buyer is able to show that in fact it is an unofficial copy or boot; or 2) the Buyer discovers a defect that I was unaware of such as a skip in the CD or other significant condition based defect that was not referenced in my description and photos.
