Tested and working. The sound quality if fair but I think that's normal for any vintage cassette. I think you would be buying this more for the overall collector's value opposed to expecting a high quality sound recording. Has a unique hard plastic sleeve (opposed to a jewel case type thing).
What you see is what you get (other than any rulers or tape measures or scales used as size/weight reference, or hangar or what things might be on or hanging from or things used as weights to hold something down :).
