Vinyl: Rare 1984 KISS related radio show Paul Stanley guest DJ Kissmas Special PFM

NOTES: Surprised that I can't find this on Discogs or on KISS collector websites. Basically it's a 1984 Kissmas Radio Special where Paul Stanley is the guest DJ supposedly choosing Christmas music. There is no KISS music on this record, but Stanley does get some amusing spoken bits such as a plea for more groupies. This is the original rare record from 1984. It did not have a real album cover so it is housed in a generic white cover. It originally came with a cue sheet - I don't have the original cue sheet but I am including a Xerox copy of it.

GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.

I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
