You are bidding on a very rare display piece issued by Virgin Records in 1999 to promote the release of David Bowie's "Hours..." album. It is a 20" x 20" lenticular-type display that gives a 3D appearance to the photo underneath. There were VERY few of these made and were intended for use in record stores' displays. This one is NM with no visible damage from storage. Extremely hard to find collectible.
