It is simply the very best and preferred way that the band intended for you to listen to this "bucket list" experience of a lifetime. As a matter of fact their live performances at the time were in "mind-blowing" quadraphonic sound. Do yourself a favor and get this totally investment grade tape. You won't want to stop sharing it with friends. I own a few and am always looking to upgrade my collection with flawless copies. Don't get me wrong, from a listening standpoint this is as good as any of my others. Good luck bidding.

A word of caution: The white case with black and white label from the UK Q8-SHVL 804 is the only tape considered by knowledgeable collectors to be the "holy grail".

The puple case with colored label was a remastered (Why I don't know, as inferior) US version and has nowhere near the sound. quality or collectability.

If you search the tapes under "sold" items you will find the last black and white sold for $500 in a green case which baffles me. The purples run $56 -$130.
