Very rare Hank Williams As Luke The Drifter original 1953 box set of four 78's. Issued on MGM Records.
Pressed on "Metrolite" Non-Breakable (Under Normal Use). USA.
VG+ overall. Completely playable, listenable, audible.
Discs have light to moderate scuffing/scratching.
Discs have mild/quiet hisses & pops.
NO Skipping.
Discs = VG/VG+ The video posted is of area with biggest scratch as an indication of what the worst area of any of the discs sound like (in my opinion).
The pic right after the video is of that scratch. Other close up pics are representative of conditon common to all discs.
Box = VG/VG+ with some peeling on black edges, some minor scuffs front & back, and some foxing on interior.
Sleeves = VG+/E with two tears on one sleeve (see pic). No edge blowouts.
Labels = VG+/E. All are complete with slight spindle marks.
You may be a serious collector...I'm a guy who grew up listening to albums from the 70s-present. I am not a serious collector but I know a little about vinyl...so all my grading/assessments are my best estimations. Review pics/video carefully for your best pre-purchase assessment.
