CONDITION DESCRIPTIONS

We do not grade jewel cases - these are from used collections and may be scuffed or aged, we do however state whether they are cracked or broken. We no longer provide partial refunds for broken cases due to mail handling which is out of our control, please return the items if unhappy with items.

SEALED - Item is still factory sealed and unplayed, these have been purchased from private collections and not from the manufacturers. These are always described as “like new”.

NM - No visible scratches or marks to disc

Plays perfectly. Cover and booklet unmarked.

EX - Disc May have some light scratches or marks but do not sound. May have some notes written in the booklet or light damage to booklets/inserts but would be described as such in the listing.

GOOD - May have scratches or marks that effects sound - we would only sell items of rarity in this condition. Booklets/inserts May be damaged but would be described as such in the listing.

UK POSTAGE

HEAVY ITEMS & LARGE BOXED SETS- EITHER £3.00 OR £3.50 PER ITEM DEPENDING ON WEIGHT- CAN BE COMBINED (UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE) COURIER POSTAGE PRICE DEPENDS ON FINAL WEIGHT OF ITEMS BOUGHT. PLEASE MESSAGE IF YOU REQUIRE AN ESTIMATE. WE DO NOT OVERCHARGE ON POSTAGE, WE CHARGE BY WEIGHT OF THE PARCEL.

Items within the UK only- We will charge by weight of parcel so if you have multiple purchases please do not pay until you have received our invoice within 24 hours after the end of the auction as it is not set up to invoice in this way.

A single CD charge is £1.00. More than one CD, any fat box CD and any purchase weighing up to 2kg will be £3.00 (small parcel Royal Mail).

UK- Any purchases heavier than 2kg will be posted via courier and charged by weight, the maximum we would charge is £8.00 (please note this applies to single and fat box items only and does not include heavy boxsets)

POSTAGE CAN BE COMBINED UP TO 20KG OR LARGE BOX SIZED (UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE) IF IT WEIGHS OVER 20KG IT WILL BE SPLIT AND 2 OR MORE PARCELS CHARGED FOR, PLEASE MESSAGE FOR AN ESTIMATE IF YOU NEED ONE OR YOUR COUNTRYS POSTAGE IS NOT SPECIFIED. WE DO NOT OVERCHARGE FOR WORLDWIDE POSTAGE, WE CHARGE BY WEIGHT OF THE PARCEL.

Items worldwide - Any subsequent items after the first item bought will be charged at £1.00 up to a maximum of £45.00 (Please note this only applies to single and fat box sets and does not include heavy and large boxed sets)

Please note all items to the following areas must be charged for recorded and signed for delivery - ITALY, SOUTH AMERICA, ISRAEL, MEXICO, BRAZIL, RUSSIA & *SOUTH KOREA* just added due to the increasing number of customers now claiming they’ve not received their items. Bidders consistently reporting items not received and unwilling to pay for recorded/tracked delivery will now unfortunately be blocked from bidding in future auctions.

Worldwide - If you require items sent Royal Mail rather than a courier but the weight is over 2kg we need to split the parcel and we would need to charge for postage of both parcels. Please advise us before making payment if this is what you need.

Tracking -

Please don’t ask for tracking numbers to be emailed unless you have paid for the tracked service, if you have paid standard postage they are sent business mail which provides only a tracking number that we can track on our business account and is not available to track on the personal Royal Mail page.

Please allow time for items to arrive overseas, it can take a few weeks to clear customs at busy times. Please be aware heavy items (anything over 2kg) are sent by courier and this can take a long time to arrive via customs in countries such as Peru, China and Brazil. We are not responsible for any customs charges in the country of arrival nor can I predict which countries will charge or how long the items will take to arrive.

Please allow 24 hours for your invoice to arrive after the end of the auction, please do not pay until you have received our invoice with the combined postage calculated.

All items will be posted up to 5 days after the end of auction to allow time for packing

Any purchases under 2kg will be posted via the Royal Mail, anything larger will be posted by Courier
