Released in 2008, Ghosts I-IV is a compilation of 36 instrumental soundscapes created by Trent Reznor and a handful of collaborators.
This is the Deluxe Edition, described on NIN.com as:

Book 1 includes:
- Ghosts I-IV on 2 audio CDs
- A data DVD that can be read by Mac and Windows computers. It contains the multi-track session files for all 36 tracks in wav format that can be loaded into most multi-track editors.
- a Blu-ray disc containing the stereo mixes of Ghosts I-IV as 24bit 96kHz high-resolution audio. An exclusive slideshow plays with the music.
Book 2 contains 48 pages of photographs by Philip Graybill and Rob Sheridan - visual aesthetic accompaniments to the music from the recording process and the outside world.

I found this in its original shipping box when I moved house recently - it's only ever been opened to check the contents and to take these photos, so as new condition.
