Brand new copy that comes unsealed and has never been played. The front side of the book has small wear on the lower left corner which extends onto the bottom edge, some wear on the other three corners, and some minor crease above the lower right corner at the open edge; the back side has small wear on the two lower corners which extends onto the bottom edge. The front side of the gatefold cover has some wear on the upper left corner, some crease and wear on the upper right corner, small wear at the lower left corner on the bottom edge, and small wear on the lower right corner as well as some scratches near it above the bottom edge; the back side has relatively severe crease and wear on the upper left corner, some wear on the upper right corner as well as some scratches below it by the spine, some light wear along the top edge, small wear on the lower left corner as well as some light wear near it at the bottom edge, and small wear on the lower right corner as well as a short line of very light wear near it by the bottom edge and some scratches near it above the bottom edge.
