This is the 1996 Brazilian Promo CD for "It Always Comes as a Surprise" and "Red Letter Day"
This is fully signed by Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe. I obtained the signatures myself during one of their many "Meet and Greets" that they've held here in San Francisco over the years.
The word "rare" gets thrown around too much on eBay, but this CD really does seem to be rare. says this was limited to 100 copies. www.geowayne.com/psbhtml.htm lists it as #8 on their list of most highly collectible Pet Shop Boys releases.
But I didn't buy it for that reason. I bought it because I've always loved "It Always Comes as a Surprise." It perfectly describes how I feel about Frank, my husband of 41 years:
