Reel-to-reel: Nancy Frank Sinatra Greatest Hits 1/2" 4 2 TRACK Reel 15ips Magtec MASTER TAPE

Tape is complete and perfect and play tested and sounds so much better than the record!

Original Master copy I acquired from someone one who owns many Magtec Masters .

This tape has been play tested and plays perfect from start to finish.

This reel is exactly as I got it and everything you see is included.

Music sounds great although not as good as it could be in my opinion but certainly better than the commercial reel to reels made from this tape . The reel does not need to be baked .

Please note a few things about this tape.

Though it says 3 3/4ips on the side of it that is not the ips for this tape. It is 15ips. 3 3/4 ips is what the commercial reels were when Magtec produced them.

You will need a 4 track 1/2" machine to play this tape. It will play side 1 in Track 1 and 3 and then you flip it and it will play Side 2 again on Track 1 and 3.

This tape is the production master that Magtec used to manufacture the officially released 1/4" 4 track Magtec tapes you see on ebay all the time.

This tape seems to sound better using the NAB curve in my opinion. No AME curve is required in my opinion nor does it say so on the master tape.
