Record
SS (Still Sealed) : Record is still sealed by shrink wrap. Not opened & never played before.
M (Mint) : Brand-new condition visually & audibly.
M- (Near Mint): Near mint condition with no major surface marks or deterioration of sound quality.
EX+ (Excellent Plus) : Hardly visible small scratches etc.
EX (Excellent) : Some light scratches can be felt by touch. Sometimes slightly efects that sounds when you play,but not major noise.
EX- (Excellent Minus) : Worse than the above, but there are no needle skipping. Some noise will be audibly, but acceptable.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) : ??Surface marks and light scratches on the surface. No Needle skipping. Some noise is appear audibly.
VG (Very Good): Obviously had been played many times. Some major noise will be appear audibly. Surface marks and the light scratches.
VG- (Very Good Minus ): Worse than the above,lowest grading
F (Fair) : Still playable but many noise will be audibly. It may even skip.
P (Poor): Doesn't play property with sceatches, bad surface noise, etc.
Cover

EX+ (Excellent Plus) : The Cover has small lines, folds, scratches, cracks, spots, ring wear.
EX (Excellent) : The Cover has some light lines, some writing, folds, scratches, cracks, spots, some tape or sticker and ring wear. It may be slightly dirty.
EX- (Excellent minus) : The Cover has some light lines, some writing, folds, scratches, cracks, spots, some tape or sticker (or traces of such) and ring wear. The Cover may be dirty, worse than the above.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) : It is worse than "EX-", has striking folds, scratches, cracks, spots, ring wear, some writing, scotch tape, or stickers.
VG (Very Good) : It is worse than the above. The cover and contents are damaged badly or partly missing.
