I do NOT believe in the “Bait and Switch” methods used by some sellers using a “STOCK” photograph WHEN its hidden condition is very undesirable. The other method is using a picture with two or MORE items when the Auction/Listing is for ONE item. I believe these deceptive practices to be very UNPROFESSIONAL and I wish eBay would stop allowing them.

My description and photos represent my best effort to relay all pertinent information about what I am selling. I assure the buyer that they will receive the quantity, components, and level of operation shown in the photos. This does NOT represent a guarantee or warranty about the item's functionality beyond what is depicted in the photos. I expect to receive the money for items sold in this condition. I do NOT accept returns or offer refunds. I ask that our prospective buyers take these purchase terms into account and bid accordingly.

Your bid is a contract. Bidders must place a bid ONLY if serious about making the purchase. Winning bidders will be entering into a legally binding contract.

I do NOT accept returns a nd it is stated in the description. However, eBay and PayPal still try and make a seller accept the return when someone whines to them.

In those cases that I am being forced to accept a return, I will NOT pay for return shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and there will be a 50% of sale price RESTOCKING FEE.

If you have not asked questions to verify the item will work for you and you have gotten an item that you can't use then I suggest you list and sell it yourself. With no communication I have no idea what you are even buying the item for.

Payment:

1. I accept payment via PAYPAL ONLY!

2. Payment must be made within 3 days of auction closing.

3. TOTAL AMOUNT DUE includes the final auction price plus Shipping and Handling Fees.

4. Shipping charges is based upon the PayPal verified address.

The cost of shipping is calculated by the U.S.P.S. through the eBay web site. I weigh my items with packing and box prior to listing them to ensure the exact shipping weight for the buyer. I do my best to keep shipping costs down but do not have control of the fees charged by the USPS or other carriers.

All items will be securely packaged or palletized and shipped via the best and most economical way possible. I typically ship USPS within 1 business day however under certain circumstances PLEASE allow up to 3 business days for handling; e.g. special freight crating or international orders.

After the item has been paid for it will be taken to the post office within 1 business days. Most of the time I purchase the shipping costs through eBay’s shipping program. Tracking numbers will be uploaded to eBay for your review and easier tracking.

I have NO control over the cost to ship it to you. All I input is the exact size and weight. The US Postal Service AND eBay calculates the cost of shipping. When the item fits in a USPS FLAT RATE shipping BOX I will ship it that way because it is the cheapest way to ship.

Shipping is determined based on your location and is automatically calculated by eBay from your eBay account.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground from Minor Hill, TN.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

- Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up.

- I won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

If you win an auction on a Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, your order will NOT be processed until the next business day.

Some shipments will be sent with delivery confirmation, meaning an ADULT signature is required on delivery.

A PayPal confirmed physical address is required to ship. I can only ship to the “PayPal Confirmed” physical address.

ENSURE that PayPal has your current verified address. My part of this contract ends when the item is accepted by the carrier. I am not liable for your account information, returned items, or their shipping costs.
