| Up for sale is this lot of memorabilia from one of the few concerts where The Jimi Hendrix Experience opened for The Monkees in the summer of 1967. First is a original authentic ticket stub for July 14, 1967. This was the first of three nights that Jimi opened for The Monkees at Forest Hills in New York City. The ticket stub is 2 1/4" in 1 1/2" in size and possibly hand signed by Peter Tork on the back side. Next is a 2" by 1 1/2" match book promoting The Monkees appearances at Forest Hills when The Jimi Hendrix Experience were opening up. The original 1967 match book still has most of the matches inside. Lastly is the original Monkees tour program that was sold that very night in overall complete unmarked very good condition. |
