There's an orange fish wearing a blue mumu with orange flowers and fuzzy red slippers standing on a Welcome mat. Pollock's signature is in the bottom right (kinda hard to see since it's black text on a dark gray background)

Back Design: "PHISH APPLIANCE COMPANY SUMMER TOUR 1997". Along the orange banner on the bottom it says "Quality products distributed by our trusted field staff throughout North America". The outside border is orange electrical cords with the plugs entwined at the top. There are 4 smaller circle graphics: K&M's Perko-Vaculator, Alcon's Ortho-Floormate, Whizzo's Porta-Toast, and Penko's Senso-Blend. Pollock's signature is in navy blue on bottom right side

Condition: Has a dime-sized stain on the front about two-thirds of the way down on the left side (paper clip in pic to show scale). Some minor yellowing around the collar and on the left sleeve
