The best way to ensure you get the combined shipping rate is to use the "Add To Cart" button below the "Buy It Now" button. That way you can select all of the items you want to buy, add them to the cart, go to checkout and eBay will automatically calculate the reduced shipping rate and allow you to pay for all items at once.
