2 CD set on WHD label, miniature gatefold sleeve, also includes English booklet, Japanese insert, and OBI strip (sorry not pictured, it was inside the gatefold when I took the photos) Played once carefully, but basically immaculate, has been kept in protective plastic sleeve. Small sticker on back of OBI strip denotes this is a promo copy.
