David Bowie "Ziggy Stardust" Tour large gig flyer (8 1/4"x 14 1/4") for Van Dike promotions, Plymouth 30th April 1972.
Although this flyer was to promote a series of 26 gigs March-Apr 1972, including arguably better established acts like Procol Harum, VDGG, Status Quo etc, the artwork focuses solely on Bowie (his face a mont age of smaller Bowie faces). Some good marketing insight here & an indication that the "Ziggy" tour which commenced in Feb '72 was already becoming a phenomenal success!
