Concert Ticket: ROLLING STONES 1981 Concert Ticket Metro Centre ROCKFORD IL Special & Patch

So cool! Back when you could see the Stones for $15!( But no cameras or recording devices of any kind LOL!)

Whats unique about this show was that The city of Rockford actually created a petition to get the Rolling Stones to come to their town AND IT WORKED! The top of the ticket states:

THE MUSIC FANS OF ROCKFORD PRESENT THE ROLLING STONES! They spelled Rockford wrong on the t Shirts for the show and had to have them re-printed. They accidentally had 'ROCKFIELD" printed at first. Also comes with really cool collectible companion commutative patch ( Like A Backstage Pass Sticker) which was once stuck to a piece of construction paper, so it is stuck to the back as seen in photo.

These will be incredible framed!

1982 European leg of this tour, THIS WAS THE LAST TIME THE STONES TOURED

UNTIL THE 1989 STEEL WHEELS TOUR! This is a great looking ticket with a

RED SILVER FOIL TONGUE AND LIPS in the center which doesn't show up on

the digital image. Measures 7 1/2" x 2 1/8". Near mint condition.
