Comes with case and inserts - plays fine on my junky tape player.
Case may be in POOR condition. Starting bids are 0.99 for a reason, and that reason is I'm not replacing nor am I describing the condition of a zillion cases. There might be cracks, an arm might be gone, or they might be perfect.
