The 2018 UK/European Tour Programme was actually a huge 124 page book. Printed in limited quantities, it completely sold out before the end of the tour - out of print and now unavailable. This copy is in like-new condition.
Expedited shipping in the US - actual cost with no postage markup: Depending on where in the US you live, the postage range is approximately $7.90 - $17.30 (media mail would only save a small amount, so I only use Priority Mail). Outside the US - I ship via the ebay Global Shipping Program, providing secure, trackable shipping internationally - weight is between 2 and 3 pounds.
