Grading Code

N or N/NM - Record Not Used, or only Sampled. Mint or Mint-Like. 100%.

NM/N- a virtually unmarked disc, that has had only a slight amount of careful and considerate usage. 99-100%.

N- A carefully used record with mild and minor surface marks.

Minimally invasive paper marks, fingernail marks,

and slight smudges from usage are removed with careful cleaning.

This adds the separation and

noise floor level of the original unused LP. 97-98% or better.

EX+ a record with a fair degree of mild usage, and surface wear exists in small areas. A tick or a pop, even a few

repeated seconds of surface noise can occur. Any slight audio surface noise experienced is

far outweighed

by the musical enjoyment offered to the listener. 95-97%

EX= A more used record still excellent sonically, with no shearing or clipped tones;

some light background surface noise predictable. 88-94%.

Other-records with below average to average surface wear condition. Astute collectors will find many easy playing

bargains in the VG+/EX range due to advances in audio cleaning/restoration. 75-85%
