Near Mint should have almost no hairlines only visible under bright light, EX can have a low number of scattered hairlines that are only visible under a bright light, Very Good Plus will have some light marks on both sides maybe a scratch or two that are non feelable, should not affect play much besides some static here and there, Very Good will have more marks on both sides with background noise for much of playback that should not overpower the music by any means necessary(still a decent listener), Good Plus will have a lot of marks/scratches on both sides. Anything Good Plus or less I am not responsible for, they are in rough shape and priced accordingly.
