Original record store standee for advertising Neil Youngs "Everybody's Rockin" LP. The stand on the rear is in excellent condition, front has 3 areas of minor damage (see pics). Size is 12 inches wide by 17 inches high.

It is in nice, not perfect condition. If this were a record (because that is a grading scale I am very familiar with) I would grade the condition as VG+.
