This is an original cardboard concert poster featuring multiple acts, including The Jacksons. 1979.
The Motown group starred Michael Jackson.
Group originally called The Jackson 5.
Other acts are -

Measures c. 22"x30.5."

Vibrant coloring.
There is overall wear/damage that includes -
Heavy vertical crease w wear from top to bottom. Tear on bottom of that crease.
Staining in several areas, but the images of the stars aren't affected.
Edge chips/tears.
Paper pull & area of rubbing on background next to Hirsch.
Thumb tack hole on corners. Some crease lines.
Creasing on corner areas.
