Is this Item a Fake or Counterfeit?

I bought this 5 years ago with no intensions of ever opening or playing it . then

I split with my EX and this is how I got it back the box is a bit tattered and the

stalk has been pulled out of the top of the apple . it plays perfectly its only

cosmetic damage but damage all the same I think I paid £350 when I bought it

so now its going cheap
