This item is one of only 300 sets issued in the UK which includes a copy of the Cassette taken on NASA Space Shuttles Challenger, Columbia, Atlantis and Endeavour, accumulating over 10 Million miles travelled in 26 days and 420 Orbits in space. Presented to the Moody Blues by Astronaut Robert "Hoot" Gibson.
Sadly the Moody Blues will no longer perform live again. Having lost both Ray Thomas (Flautist) who died in January 2018,and Graeme Edge (Drummer) who died in November 2021. The remaining members Justin Hayward and John Lodge continue to follow Solo careers and are both performing to this day.
I have added a few photos from YouTube showing some of the contents of this amazing Set, and there is plenty of information on line with more detailed content.
Reluctantly it is time for me to sell my Moody Blues collection, and I will be listing other items in due course.
Not often does a gem like this come to the market, and I hope this will make another fan of the Moody Blues, happy.
