The Deadwax matrix reads "T 10 / P 11" and the Capitol label has the swirl design which makes this the definitive super rare VERY FIRST PRESS ORIGINAL!

The Picture Sleeve is also the top loading Original and shows some ring wear on both sides and a 1" neatly clear taped bottom split.
