This 45rpm recording of JOHNNY CASH on COLUMBIA RECORDS is in near mint condition. The record, like so many of the records in this collection that has been stored for 55 years, it has no marks or scratches or signs of wear. The picture sleeve is excellent and bright with a little creasing. See the pictures, they are part of the description. This is a beautiful record. If you are following my listings of this amazing record collection, you know that you can buy with complete confidence! This collection is full of recordings and album covers in condition that is nearly impossible to find. I only have one of each item, so when they are gone, they're gone. So, if you are upgrading your collection, or just getting started, these are the records collectors dream of. Its like they came out of a time capsule.
I grade these 45s by holding them up to bright halogen light. I have had some instruction by long time record enthusiasts and dealers. I am not a professional, but am doing my best due diligence. Take a look at my feedback.
This record is from a huge collection of thousands of records that have been in storage under safe climate conditions since 1965. They are first seeing the light of day in July, 2020. The owner of the estate worked for a huge record store from 1954-1964, so all the records in the collection date from that time period. It will take me at least a year to get them all listed, so please keep checking back. There are several genres: jazz, rock, movie soundtracks, classical, western, Spanish, spoken word, special interest...There are LPs, 45s and 78s going back to the 1930s.
My buyers thus far have been thrilled with these records. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I will make it right.
I ship immediately after payment is received and I pack very carefully.
