This is an Edison Blue Amberol Concert Record.
The title is #28195 - All Hail, Though Dwelling Lowly - Faust (Gounod) by Paul Althouse - Tenor.

I notice one possible vertical scratch spanning half the length of the cylinder, but this could be a manufacturing flaw (see pic 7).
There is minor damage to the base of the cylinder (see pic 8). Otherwise, the surface of the cylinder is reasonable. Box is intact and lid is present.
The box has a red Jake Graham Renshaw Street Liverpool Retailer sticker.
I do not have the means to play the cylinder so cannot comment on the quailty of the recorded sound.
