Classic getting harder to find cd issued on the Eyeball record label in the USA in 2005 (the re-release version), cat.no.7200222, please note this is the genuine USA 2005 eyeball cd - I sell genuine cds, not copies or bootlegs or any other kind. The scan is the actual item - the "2010" release never happened, do not be fooled by this - eyeball went out of business in 2009. This version is rarer than the UK version - includes on the cd the phrase "unauthorised duplication is a violation of applicable laws and will result in Gerard coming to your house and sucking your blood".

Please read the following information carefully, I use the "UK record collector" rating system for cds, the condition of each element is lovingly and honestly described below

• cd - in excellent+ condition (note this is the version which includes "unauthorised duplication is a violation of applicable laws and will result in Gerard coming to your house and sucking your blood".
• inlay - near mint condition
• jewel case - near mint condition

Although all my items are thoroughly checked and tested and accurately described, if they do not say "new" they are second hand. If you need to buy new, you need to go to a shop where the items are stated as "new"!
