General

The records I list are a mixture of online returns/stock surplus from a major retailer and brand new stock. Often the returns will show signs of being stored & packed in a way that a specialist music retailer wouldn't, the effect of which I'll always try and describe.

If there's a download slip pictured, I can't offer any assurances that it hasn't been used. Please take time to look at the photos as I do my best to take good quality pictures to allow you to see exactly what you'll be getting - the pictures you see are always of the actual item you are bidding on.

I will always do my best to reply to messages promptly.

Postage

I use Royal Mail for sending records unless the total parcel exceeds 2kg and will happily combine postage on multiple items. Please message me if you win more than one item as it's often not clear on the app so I can send a combined invoice. If the total purchase price is in excess of £35 on a combined purchase I will send via 'signed for' at an extra cost of £1.20.

I purchase good quality record mailers and stiffeners to post all my records out in to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. My feedback shows the care I take to do this, and that I do my best to get them to you as quickly as possible - long may this continue. Postage to the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands only. The exception to this is if you use eBay's own global shipping but please be aware that if you do this they don't allow postage to be combined for multiple purchases.

Returns

All records have been only visually graded unless otherwise stated. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me and I will be happy to refund any records returned me. Please message me to discuss if possible before filing for a return as I want to do all I can to ensure your happiness.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item that is as described then the only difference is that return postage will be at your cost.
