Sanity uses Australia Post as its carrier for both domestic and international orders. Sanity eBay currently only ships to Australia and New Zealand. We ship goods Monday through Friday subject to Australian statutory holidays.

Please allow 1 - 7 working days for delivery within Australian Metro areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and 1-10 working days for regional areas and New Zealand.

Dispatching your order:

• All orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.
• Any orders placed after 3pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next business day.
• Any orders placed after 3pm AEST on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

I think my order has been lost in the mail. What should I do?
If your order is lost during shipment please contact us and we will endeavour to ship a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability); however, in order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your order. It's also vital to ensure that you have provided us with the correct shipping address.

Note: Replacement items will be shipped at the cost of Sanity eBay, except orders where an incorrect shipping address or other information has been provided.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately through eBay to arrange for a replacement, exchange or refund.

When possible, please retain the packaging that your order arrives in. This will assist in returning the item to us at no charge.

I've changed my mind. Can I refund or exchange my purchase?
Please retain your invoice and contact us through eBay with the details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.

Sanity eBay purchases can only be returned or exchanged through the eBay platform. This means that refunds and/or exchanges can not be performed by Sanity retail stores.

Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of a Sanity eBay store error. If you have changed your mind about your online purchase, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
