THE NOTATIONS WERE SCRIPTED and INITIALED BY TOP VEE JAY EXECUTIVE, RANDY WOOD (Note the acronym "CRI" stands for CAPITOL RECORDS INCORPORATED.) THIS DOCUMENT WAS ISSUED BY CAPITOL RECORDS FOR VEE JAY'S REVIEW.

THIS IS AN ULTRA RARE VINTAGE LATE MARCH/EARLY APRIL, 1964 HAND NOTATED AND INITIALED 2 PAGE DIRECTIVE DOCUMENT BY CAPITOL RECORDS TO VEE JAY RECORDS CONCERNING THE TERMS FOR THE OUTLINE AND PROCEDURE FOR VEE JAY'S HANDLING AND ACCOUNTING FOR THEIR BEATLES AND BEATLES AND FRANK IFIELD RECORDS AS A RESULT OF THE PENDING LAWSUITS BY CAPITOL RECORDS INCORPORATED. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WERE OUTLINED BY CAPITOL RECORDS, AND WOULD APPLY FROM MARCH UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 1964 WHEN ALL RIGHTS TO MANUFACTURE AND DISTRIBUTE BEATLES RECORDINGS WOULD SOLELY BELONG TO EMI/Capitol Records. THIS IS A VERY HISTORIC DOCUMENT ON WATERMARKED STATIONERY. THE INK NOTATIONS WERE SCRIPTED BY RANDY WOOD BEARING HIS INITIALS AT THE TOP RIGHT. NOTE THE MIS-SPELLING OF THE BEATLES AS " BEATTLES ". AN ERROR THAT ALSO APPEARED ON THE ARTIST'S TITLE PRINT ON THEIR FIRST ISSUE BEATLES 45! SIZE IS 8.5" X 13". (Note the acronym in the document, "CRI" stands for "Capitol Records Incorporated".)
