Struggled to find anything online about this one although I did come across a Choci mix tape titled "R U Acid Too" which I assume was the one after this one. Plays AOK, I still have a Walkman which I tested it on. Partial playlist on the insert. The insert itself is printed/photocopied but this isn't unusual as many DJ's were doing this in the early days and flogging them off in the trendy parts of London. I think I bought this one on the Portobello road, not 100% sure tbh!
