OUTLAW FOUR

MILLION DOLLAR LEGS (Rap)

DYNAMITE

PEP RECORDS (1980)

This is it! It is it! Seriously, this is really It! I don't think this record has ever been offered on eBay! For fans of hiphop this is as rare and incredible as it gets -- one of the rarest rap records of all time, truly a once in a lifetime find!

Vinyl has been played and has a number of scuffs and scratches, hairlines, and wear. But it's also shiny and clean and still plays nicely with just some background noise at some points -- the song is infectious and the sound makes you want to move! It's history on a platter! In all a G copy in lightly foxed plain white presumably original inner sleeve, outer sleeve is a good VG+ with just some corner rubbing, sleeve still has original outer plastic wraps! There is some dust etc between the outer plastic wraps and the sleeve.

The Outlaw Four included members of New York's Trickeration and two early hip hop artists from Connecticut: Basic, Disco Rick, Jazzy Jay (MC) and Junie Jay. This was their one and only release, a rranged by the late Erol "Pumpkin" Bedward, legendary multi-instrument arranger behind many, many big records -- he did the "disco-skip" on Spoonie Gee's "Love Rap." His production and drums are just killer.

In the words of one reviewer, "A plate sure to make a few cry, hard to find, & you'll need to re-mortgage your home if you're hoping for a second chance to own. ... Catchy as hell, golden era rap over Pumpkin's fonky-as-hell drum breaks, just a great, great slice of History."

Don't let this pass you by!

I will ship this record carefully and to audiophile standards: o uter sleeve sent in archival poly bag, record in separate archival rice-paper sleeve, safely and securely boxed in a record box, USPS Priority, package fully insured.

Welcome! I'm Mary aka Maryesterday, a gal who has lived as a vintage "time traveler" for over 20 years. The past? I'm there! In order to fuel my passion for all things vintage, forgotten, antique, mysterious, and mid-century modern, I've turned this into my full time business -- I support myself by sharing great finds and lost treasures I unearth in my real-life retro adventures. I'm here on eBay to share them with you.

I try to set the BIN price fairly for a fast sale. If you are truly interested in this item but have reservations about the price, please do not hesitate to make what you feel is a fair offer. All proceeds of this listing go to help an independent outsider artist working in the field of literature and creative writing.

I hope you enjoy the time you spend with me here -- and have a nice yesterday!
