Prince Reel-to-Reel Demo Tape (Circa 1977). Recorded on reel-to-reel at the Minneapolis studio Sound 80 prior to the release of his first album, this tape contains six tracks, "Just as Long as We're Together," "My Love is Forever," "Jelly Jam" (which was later reworked into part of "Just as Long..." on his 1978 premiere album, For You), two tracks later later re-recorded for his legendary debut ("Soft and Wet" and "Baby") along with as-yet unreleased gem "We'll Make it Through the Storm." The verso shows a typed track listing with the Studio 80 logo and address. An immensely important, rare glimpse of the early days of one of the most beloved, prolific musicians in the history of popular music. Box measures approximately 7" x 7" x .5". Fine condition, with some moisture staining to the top half of the box. HID04901242017
