Delivery

Orders are packed with utmost care and are dispatched to the buyer's eBay address within 1- 2 days after payment is cleared. If you would like an order sent to a different address, please let us know as soon as the auction ends. Free postage is applicable to buyers in Australia only and implies that orders will be sent in untracked letters (i.e Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked).

We highly recommend you use this option for orders exceeding $15. Registered mail offers priority handling, tracking, a signature on delivery, and provides cover against damage/loss in transit. This option costs only $4.30 per article. Please note that we will not be responsible for items lost/damaged in transit if this option is not taken.

Free shipping applies to customers in Australia only. International shipping will vary dependent on your location. Please ask for a quote before placing your bid to avoid disappointment at check out. Also, applicable Customs duties or local sale taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment and Order Cancellation

Please pay within 7 days after auction closes. PayPal and direct bank deposits are accepted payment methods within Australia, whilst international buyers should use PayPal only. Please note that orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days.

Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, we will refund all costs however require the buyer to pay the return postage fee.

GRADING SYSTEM

We use the following grading system to stipulate the condition of CDs we offer for sale.

MINT (M)

Perfect. No scuffs/scratches, unplayed - possibly still sealed. The insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: Perfect. No wear, marks, or any other imperfections - possibly still sealed.

NEAR MINT (NM or M-)

Near perfect. No obvious signs of use, it may have been played - but it has been handled very carefully. Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: Near Perfect. No obvious wear, it may have only the slightest of marks from handling.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)

A few minor scuffs/scratches. This has been played but handled with good care - and certainly not abused. Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: Slight wear, marks, indentations, it may possibly have a cut-out hole (or similar).

VERY GOOD (VG)

Quite a few light scuffs/scratches, or several more-pronounced scratches. This has obviously been played and not handled as carefully as a VG+. Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: More wear, marks, indentations than a VG+. May have slight fading, small tears/rips and possibly some writing.

Note: Standard Jewel Cases are not graded as they are replaceable.
