The BEATLES “Made in Germany”, 2014 Double LP release of THE BEATLES - “The White Album” - IN MONO. “The way the Beatles were intended to be heard” - per George Martin, their Producer! This album was never released IN MONO in USA. After it was reissued worldwide in 1988 and again in 2012 worldwide in STEREO, this was the first reissue worldwide IN MONO since the Hard to Find MONO Version from UK from 1968 (talk about expensive!). Produced by their original master producer Sir George Martin. Eventually all Beatles songs and albums and were released in US and UK on vinyl again so there would finally be continuity of album releases and on fresh vinyl! Many other albums were therefore deleted because they were redundant and “less authentic” than the UK originals! This one is still produced by George Martin. Still Fantastic! As always! A beautiful cover! This is graded Goldmine NM because it is factory SEALED, I bought this copy SEALED! It is UNPLAYED! It is UNOPENED! And this new edition was pressed with APPLE labels. These are BLACK vinyl copies, beautiful! See photos 1-2 for actual sale item! Other photos are used to show the expected labels, and album extras plus some group shots just for fun! The album is truly Near Mint! I’m not sure EMI will ever reissue this vinyl double LP again so sealed copies are limited! GET ONE WHILE YOU CAN! Classic hits here are plentiful, so many, OBLADI OBLADA, WHILE MY GUITAR GENTLY WEEPS, BLACKBIRD, BIRTHDAY, SEXY SADIE, HELTER SKELTER, and BACK IN THE USSR. Perhaps my favorite rarity song from this 2 LP batch is DON’T PASS ME BY! Of course every song is a classic, even today, over 50 years later. The Beatles issued every album (except Abbey Road and Let it be) in UK in MONO because that was more common, and Stereo was more expensive. And in USA Beatles albums were issued in both up to The White Album, so only the original UK Mono White Album is out there, till this one! And all songs on this LP were originals written by Lennon-McCartney, and George Harrison. So prolific! They all still sound so fresh, with Incredible energy from the Boys as they attack your ears with superb melodies and harmonies and wild imaginations! This is a beautiful record set, quite wonderful sounding, and it contains the Poster and Photographs as in the original 1968 albums! This LP is well kept, factory SEALED and in plastic sleeve since its purchase by me in 2015. I quickly learned to handle them as little as possible, especially one of these “new” reissues which I thought would become rarer and greatly treasured!
