Bowie CD, Unreleased 2001 album "Toy", Deluxe Edition with 4 bonus live tracks
"Toy" is the unreleased album by Bowie, recorded in 2001. It was meant to feature some new songs and remakes of some of his lesser-known songs from the 1960s. "Toy" remains officially unreleased although its sessions led to Heathen the following year.
This Deluxe Edition promo CD features four very rare live recordings of tracks from the "Toy" set including a rendition of the man's debut 1964 single performed on the 40th anniversary of it's release!
(Do NOT expect a retail release in hard jewel case with 94-page booklet etc. - it is an industry-standard promotional copy with inner spindle serial number, in slim plastic sleeve with decent artwork as pictured).
