Originally released on 22 October 1991.

The album was recorded live in three separate places on three separate dates:

Wembley Arena, London on October 14 1990,

Orange Pavilion, San Bernardino, California on March 8 1991 and

Lakeland Coliseum, Lakeland, Florida on July 13 1991.

Unlike most other live recordings, this is completely "live", no overdubbing exists on this recording.

Its working title was "Decade of Decadence" until Mötley Crüe registered the name.

Three of the album's tracks were included in Soundtrack To The Apocalypse.

The album reached number 55 in the Billboard 200 and also charted on two other charts.
