"The Kissing Bandit" apparently gave MGM problems, both during production and after release.
This production disc is dated May 21, 1947, and the film wasn't released until November 1948 (a long period in those years)
The film was a major financial loss for MGM.

E- / V+ condition
Voices are strong, but scuffs and scratches create some crackle, often inherent in many MGM discs of the period.
