This is a nigh perfect copy of this cast recording of the somewhat failed musical. Perhaps time for a cult resurgence?
Rather odd (possibly makeshift) packaging - a couple of paper inserts and a legitimate disc (proper pressed disc - not a burn) - but no tray card. Possibly sold as merch, or manufactured for media/fundraising? This is pure guesswork on my part.

This service is very reliable (perhaps sometimes slow) but certainly good value for its pricing. Items over $25 will be shipped with tracking at no extra charge. If you wish to have the ability to track anything under $25, please choose any of the other options available as these all come with tracking.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of Australia)
All international mail is sent as tracked via DHL eCommerce. All tracking will be automatically uploaded once shipped. The tracking details provided are known as a Shipment ID and can be tracked via https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/
Customs delays are common at present in particular in the USA. Please factor this in if ordering from the USA.
