DVD: Elton John - The Red Piano DVD+Documentary New not sealed Region4-2008 Australia

I am an avid CD & DVD collector since 1995 as I love the look and feel of the hard copies of the artworks, musicians’ notes, the physical discs and jewel cases. I am rarely listen/watch many of them because I fear to cause scratches or leave finger mark/dirt on them. However, some CD may had existing light scratches/marks when I bought them due to the nature of digipak envelope type or discs taken out of the jewel cases for storage at some music department stores. I am going to down size my collection and prefer to sell my pre-loved CD/DVD to other music collectors and casual music fans. I will pack them well before sending them to you.

· I describe the condition of the items in fairest way possible. I am happy to give full refund if the items are not as described and be returned to me .

· The photos show the actual CD/DVD to be sold including song list. Please email if you have any questions before making any purchases.

· I will respond to all emails/messages within 24hours and open to any genuine reasonable negotiation.

Terms and conditions:

· Most of items are wrapped and secured with tape and label to minimize the damage to items inside.

· They are posted every day before 4:30pm except public holidays and weekends . Please advise me If you would like the item/items to be sent to your preferred postal address as soon as possible.

· I record all transactions in my computerized mail-out book with date, time, name, address, ID to keep track

· Please update your current postal address on Ebay & Paypal as soon as possible . Any customers, who purchase rarely on Ebay for some reasons or using PO Box or C/-, often forgot to update their addresses when they move houses, change jobs and so on.

· Low postage cost in the listing for standard/ordinary postage without tracking number : Customer can choose other services with tracking numbers I will not be liable for any items lost and/or broken in transit/shipment if you choose standard post such as Registered post/prepaid sachet/Parcel with tracking number. Australian Post is reliable but please advises me as soon as possible if you choose those services at extra cost. I will not be liable for any items broken in transit/shipment.

Whenever you send any messages, please check and make sure that you send the messages to the right seller/sellers. There was one customer sent an enquiry message about her purchase to other seller than me and I wouldn’t reply her message because I didn’t get it in the first place to resolve her issue. As a result, I didn’t have a chance to make a customer happy.
