Very early 1st day print cover that was among the first batch covers containing the numbers beginning with 0000101 to about 0215000 with the lead zeros and no prefixing, which Capitol Records assigned to its Los Angeles, California pressing plant. Laminated glossy gatefold cover contains the embossed "The Beatles" banner and "0084191" number in the lower right-hand corner. The front cover contains a black 3½" x 3½" hype sticker underneath the shrink wrap. This sticker is perhaps the rarest among the ones affixed to the covers of this album. It's also the only song title sticker, which contains the four misspelled song titles and changed track titles order that doesn't correspond the one indicated on the labels. Additionally, this sticker is the only place, including the stickers and labels, that has the corrected title of "Rocky Racoon", which remained uncorrected on the labels until 1995. Besides this, the sticker is the only one (excluding the Day-Glo orange / red Capitol Records banner sticker), which mentions that the cover contains memorabilia reading "includes lyrics to all the tunes plus four Beatle pictures". The information about this sticker I could find only in Bruce Spizer's book "The Beatles on Apple Records" ( Ch. "The Beatles, Apple SWBO 101", p. 121). The beautiful white cover remains in the original factory shrink wrap and additionally comes with a vintage original record store protective sleeve with the "Please - Do Not Remove Bag" banner and the blank notes form for indicating the "Label, No., Title, Artist, Section and Category". The set of promotional extra materials coming with this copy includes a large double-sided 23" x 34" color poster featuring a rights statement on the lyrics side with the second line of the statement reading "© Apple Records," Four 8" x 10" portrait photos, one of each Beatle, containing the "Printed in USA" logo in the lower left-hand corner, and a 8" x 10" blue protector sheet. These blank sheets of paper of different colors were used to separate the sets of photos at the factory. 1st misprint Apple Records labels with the Capitol Records logo and all of the 7 spelling errors on sides 1,2, 4 which were corrected on later copies of the album. Thick glossy vinyl contains the first matrix numbers in the runout groove: Side 1 - SWBO 1-101-J46; Side 2 - SWBO-2-101-J45#3; Side 3 - SWBO 3-101-J47" #3; Side 4 - SWBO 4 - 101-J44. The album comes with the original Apple Records plain white inner sleeves.

The stunning cover, all memorabilia, vinyl, including the labels, are in Near Mint condition. The cover only has a few tiny age spots on the front. The vintage record store protective sleeve has some light signs of use. The vinyl sounds great, only having some light occasional background noise, which is most likely just static and will get reduce or go away if the records are professionally cleaned using a VPI cleaning machine.
